Dr. Alina Schulhofer is the founder of Architecture of Excellence. She is New York and Florida-licensed clinical psychologist and high performance coach + consultant. Dr. S specializes in helping high-achievers worldwide, including C-suite executives, athletes, artists and entrepreneurs, break through mental and emotional barriers to maximize their potential.
Dr. S has worked with many elite performers in high-stakes environments, applying psychological insights to enhance resilience, emotional intelligence, and leadership. While her background includes extensive work with individuals facing complex psychological challenges—including trauma, dissociation, and personality dynamics— her work in coaching and consulting focuses performance optimization rather than clinical treatment.
Raised in Europe, Dr. S has since lived in various cities including Miami, New York City, and Lisbon, giving her a deeply multicultural perspective on human behavior and success. Before her career in psychology, she competed internationally and collegiately as an athlete, making her uniquely familiar with the mental and emotional demands placed on high-performers across industries.
Her diverse background and expertise led her to create an innovative coaching and consulting model that integrates psychoanalytic insights and high-performance psychology, designed specifically for elite performers. She is available worldwide virtually and can be engaged in-person on a limited basis.
