Coaching is a non-clinical process focused on goals and personal development, designed to help high-functioning individuals achieve personal and professional ambitions.
Therapy focuses on addressing issues related to psychological diagnoses or mental health conditions.

You don’t have to feel “ready” in the traditional sense — but you do need to be willing.
Willing to be honest with yourself. Willing to explore your patterns. Willing to show up fully, even if it’s uncomfortable at times. Willing to take full responsibility for your growth.
